In the heart of a storage unit, two Guatemalan sisters uproot layers of memory and mycelia. Through puppetry, movement, and uncanny fungal moments, Ixq’anil and Isabela grapple with inheritance, identity, and what emerges from decay, Come if
you like fungi, Guatemalan (or Latino) culture, puppets, or bilingual
theatre.

En el corazón de una bodega, dos hermanas guatemaltecas desarraigan capas de memoria y micelios. A través de títeres, movimiento y misteriosos momentos fúngicos, Ixq’anil e Isabela lidian con la herencia y la identidad, y lo que emerge de lo que se pudre. Vení si te gustan los hongos, la cultura guatemalteca (o latina), los títeres o el teatro bilingüe.
